There's one on winamp.com , just search for 'ipod' in its search engine. It can connect to the ipod and play songs directly off it. If its an aac (ac3?) decoder you're looking for, there's one built into winamp 5

There's also a direct show plug-in for winamp which will let you play anything once the direct-show filter is installed.
