    Hi,

This is wrecking my head but all of a sudden(last week) if i click something its like the PC is thinking I havent let go so when I move the cursor it tries to drag whatever ive clicked. Or if i click something its not fully opening because its like ive kept my finger on left click when i have just clicked as normal.

Its a work PC and so everything is up-to-date but id rather not ask IT to fix as they might kick up brown stuff about the files I have on my local drives, nothing dodgy just music and photos.

Any had this experience or can recommend how the frick to fix it. I keep moving things in excel which dont want to be moved.

Ive tried googling but 'mouse/cursor stuck' etc isnt too fruitful.

    Thanks in advance

    Maybe your mouse is screwed?
Sounds like the button is broke or maybe the spring in the button. Try updating the drivers for your mouse and if that doesnt work you might need a new mouse...
