Problem with a toilet cistern in a 4 bed bungalow, The toilet cistern in main bathroom takes ages to refill also there is very little water in the toilet bowel itself after a flush.(flush works fine BTW) having lifted of the cistern cover the reflow rate from the ballcock device is very slow, barley a trickle. the tap pressure in the bathroom while not very powerful is ok, and the toilet in the ensuite works fine. This is a new house and all fittings are new. Anyone any idea what the problem maybe.

Check if theres a valve at the feed to the Cistern ( sometimes its a small inline valve thats opened with a screwdriver. It may not be fully opened

I have three toilets which are all the same. Two of them fill up really quickly so i was confused as to why the third one wasn't. The pipework was fine as was the ballcock etc. Eventually got it sorted by placing my finger over the small bit of water that was coming out, so it sprayed out under pressure if you know what i mean. The pressure build up must have cleared whatever was causing the restriction cause its grand now.

Something is blocked in the pipe, probably a bit of swarf from the plastic joints, get your builder back if it is a new house.
