Which TV tuner card for my needs ?

    Just wondering which one of these will suit my needs.

    1. Have a camcorder that i want to plug it into my TV Tuner and record what i have on tape to my pc. Its a new ish camcorder about 8months old
    2. Have only the irish channels but would like to record whats on from time to time onto my computer and then watch them at a later time.

    Price is not a problem just want something that will do the job.
