    i had a bit of trouble with my bios and had to reset it.
    im using a amd athlon xp 2000+ ,
    its now running at 1.24?
    whats the best way to get it back to its normal speed of 1.67?

    Try selecting 'Load optimized defaults' from bios settings

    afaik the FSB should be 133mhz. Thats probably the setting you need to change.

    The bios... somewhere :P Just search around. I know my 1800+ sometimes resets to 100mhz FSB instead of 133.
