First hand I get KQo one of the button, one limper and it's around to me. I make it $3 to go. BB raises to $5, limper calls and I call.

Flop comes down A Q Q, BB bets $10, limper calls, I call

Turn is the last Q, BB Bets $25, limper calls, I call

River is a K, BB goes all-in for $82, limper calls, I...

you should look for a refund. i'm not sure want the rules are for this type of thing but the operator should be held accountable for the state of his network afterall thats his business and you shouldn't be at a loss because of it

I do actually have a quality new mouse which u are welcome to. I use a laptop so have no need for it.

Do you customer service will give you any redress? If it happened on Paddy Power I think I would get my money back, not sure.
