Just had a nose at my bios and noticed a feature called "AMD K8 Cool and Quiet" It is set to disabled right now,anyone know what it is and if i should enable it? Asus A8N SLI So939 mobo AMD Athlon64 X2 Dual Processor 4200+ + So939

Enable it. When CPU load is low, the CPU will clock itself back and slow down the fans, making less noise and consuming less power.
