Has anyone here had any photos published in the new Us book published this week? I see that it is copyright Ray D'arcy.

ive got a few in there. oddly enough all the ones I didnt think would get in there. It appears whoever was picking them has quite odd taste. Perhaps the book is copyright to Ray but I'm quite sure the copyright to the photos remain with the photographer.

unless you signed a contract with Today FM, the photos are still the copyright of whoever took them

I've had a few published[1]! I rushed into Waterstones when I heard it was on sale there. I too was surprised at some of the photos that were published. One or two were printed in large format when what I thought were better ones got relegated to small thumnails along with the camera phone shots. They also made big prints of low res photos which looked awful.
I still think it's a great idea and everyone involved should be thanked for their time and effort. Hopefully they'll raise a lot of dosh for Childline too!

I didn't realise you could get more than one in! I didn't have much chance to take many photos that day anyway.

The one I did send got in though. However, they cropped it a good bit. Still, it's cool to be in there!

I was very pleased to have three photos in the book. Does anyone know what the sales so far have been like?

They have sold 300 copies as of yesterday. Ray talked about it on the show.

I submitted a few and had one put in.. The very last one in the book of the man blowing out the candle... Its not the best of the ones i submitted but i think they chose photos for particular situations.

I liked some of the ones you submitted Donncha... The sunflower esp
