Does it happen on an external monitor?
Does it happen in the BIOS?

now I have switched it on and the screen is ok but when I moved the screen the screen went in half again, is the ribbon connection loose?

    Edit
I just found out if a tip the bottom portion of the screen with my finger it will go black and then tip it again and it might display full screen again

    How old is it?

If it's in warranty: Send to Toshiba for repair.
If it's not: put up with it, mebbe ;) (Just remember to have a backup plan to obtain an ext. VDU for when it craps out..)
