    Press Print Screen up in the top right of your keyboard.

    Then paste into Paintbrush.... all done! :D

    hit the button on your keyboard that says print screen (or prt scrn, print scrn) then open up paint and go edit -> paste

    also to capture just the window thats in focus, hit alt + print screen

    I use ZapGrab all the time in work:

    It allows you to take partial screenshots instead of full screen. Useful for escalating to Tech support or illustrating technical manuals.
