I'm looking for software to convert video files to iPod compatible ones. Anyone know of any free software (or guides for GKnot) that doesn't have watermarks, file length restrictions etc

Converted a load of videos to put on my friends ipod over the weekend. I used videora and it never gave me a bit of trouble.
