Having trouble with Canon ip3000

I'm having trouble with Canon ip3000, I'm getting loads of streaks and sometimes colours are missing. I've done the cleaning process several times bit its no better. Could the print head be gone? Where could I get a replacement? It still under warrenty would a print head be covered under that? Thanks
