Not sure how good the screen is, but it will work perfectly with the 360.

Perfect! The philips 23" is roughly the same price if you wanted a choice but that one will work great. It's got the dvi input like mine so you'll have to get the hd vga cable and get a vga div converter or if you can, get a component-dvi converter. The vga is €30 and I don't know the price of the other.

He won't have to get the converter since he'll have component connections for xbox360. Philips are stingy with their connections, usually only 2 scarts and a dvi.
