backing up email addresses with outlook express or thunderbird

is there a file i can create or a function i can access which will allow me to save all email addresses involved in sending receiving mail to/from my address thanks guys ;) :)

open outlook express, click tools, accounts,mail, select each address and click export. it will give you a save dialog so pick your place to save to eg.floppy or memory stick and off you go.
