Would you reccommend Alienware as a good seller? Just I'm really wary of buying online.

I want two of them for pressies, so wrote to Alienware last Monday:
    Dear Sir/Madam,

According to your website, I can purchase a Creative® ZEN MICRO 5GB Black - UK Adapter for £106.69 incl. VAT & delivery.
    (a) Is it possible to make payment in Euro, avoiding currency exchange costs/rate fluctuations?
    (b) Where would I have to return the unit to in the event of a fault arising under warranty?
    (c) Just what are the terms of the warranty? Your T&Cs seem to apply only to computer systems and state that “This limited product warranty does not cover software or non-Alienware branded products. Any warranty applicable to software or non-Alienware branded products is provided by the original manufacturer”.Does that mean I’d have to deal with Creative if a problem arose?

    Thanking you in advance,
    [peckerhead]
    Still ain't heard nothin' back...:(

    Ta m8...
Doh! Never even thought of checking for an. ie site!

I'm just fussy about the warranty T&Cs, having already written off an iRiver h10 bought cheap on eBay, which 'died' a month later...
