I'm looking at moving job, and there may be an option to work out just past Omni in Santry. I don't know that side of Santry very well, and definitely not on a commuting basis.

I would be commuting into town via the Luas into Abbey St, so I guess looking to get one of the 41s that go by Omni. Even thou' Dublin bus have approx times on the online bus timetables, if anyone had/has any experience of both the morning outbound and evening inbound travel time and frequency etc. or any other advice I'd appreciate it :)

    Thanks

    D.

    Probably about 30mins each way.

    Buses 16 | 33 | 33N | 41 | 41B | 41N |

16A not 16 for that part of Santry, also 746.

Going against the peak traffic it is not too bad, the bus that I get from The Airport at around 5pm usually takes about 30mns to get to the city so 20-25 minutes from Santry.

Any of the 41s would be the best bus to get out the 16A will drag you in around Beaumont and since you are getting the LUAS into Abbey Street the 41s go from there
On your way home just jump on whichever comes first and dont forget the 746 which is the quickest as most people think it is an Airport express Bus and dont stop it.
