There was also an article about it in "Dentist's Today" in the dentists today.

I hear the latest trend is for users to put the lime in the coke you know and take them both together.

whether you can still get it up depend on the amount and quality of the coke. if you take a good bit you might as well fold it in but if you havn't taken a lot it definitely makes the experience a lot better.
