    Hi,

Im thinking of getting a properity managment company to look after our house in Galway. Is there such a thing? The reason been is that we are moving to the states in feburary of next year and need someone to look after the house affairs, ie rent, general problems with the tennants that sort of thing. Are they worth it or a waste of money?

You could either try one of the bigger ones like Winter property agents or do what one of the guys at work did, and hand it to galway city council for a year.

He was heading to south america and needed someone to look after it quick and that option worked out pretty well
