    Right Click "My Computer" > Properties > Hardware Tab > Device Manager >

    Then look under Network Adapters and tell us what it says :).

    ^ If you don't see it - Go to view -> show hidden devices and check (Sometimes it won't show if it's switch off..)
    + check the computer/manufacturer specifications..
