IOL BB Usage Monitor not working

Basically my broblem is that the IOL BB usage montitor just says 0GBs for me. Is everyone having this problem? It's been like this for a while(weeks) but it's only starting to annoy me now as I think I might be getting close to the cap and want to check. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

yeah mine stopped for a few months. i phoned them and they fixed it. they don't charge for going over anyway so it makes little difference
