IBB modem upgrade

Anyone know of any sites where I might be able to download the Ripwave modem upgrade, as the nice ppl at IBB can't actually upgrade my modem remotely. Or if anyone has the files and could sent them to me that would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately i dont think you can download it. Unless you know someone in Navini.
