    most latops do . just check the spec of the laptop your interest in.

    most toshiba's do.

    beyond that i don't know.

    it is worth checking the specs though.

    a friend of mine bought a Fujitsu Siemens and it doesn't have s video or even av out. real bummer as he now needs to get a usb caption yoke with s video out.

    ..it's not vendor specific, but rather model specific. As such, just check the spec's of any particular model in which you have an interest - it's listed 99% of the time. If you're unsure google for other spec's..and failing that: post here or PM me.
