I was getting into my car last night and went to pull the seatbelt forward but it had jammed. It wouldnt release. I played and tugged with it but it didnt come loose. I was about to drive off anyway when it just came loose. Is this the motor about to go? Anyone had anything simialar happen?

Is that expensive? Any idea of a ball park figure?

It could have been a fluke. Sometimes if you park on a slope or at an angle this can happen. If it starts to happen repeatedley then get a new belt assembley !
