ipod nano diagnostics problem

    hi,
    this morning i somehow managed to get into diagnostics mode on my nano but i cannot get back out. now the screen has frozen... anyone know how to sort it?

    Try holding the menu button and the middle button for about 10 seconds, that should reset the nano for you.

    edit: you found the answer already.. while I typed my one sentence reply ..

    toggle hold button on and off, then press and hold menu and select buttons for 6 seconds.
