I'm a little late with this!

Just wanted to thank John for popping over and giving myself and our little group an excellent class on the fundamentals last Friday. It was, as all Johns sessions are, informative and a bit of fun too. He also brought over Arni Isakson (sp?) and had a roll with him too. He's at a hell of a level for a man grappling just 4 months!

Anyway, I'll keep it short at the risk of this becoming the thank John Kavanagh board!!!:D Suffice to say if you have an opportunity to get to one of Johns workshops or classes, try your damndest.
