MIDI Keyboard - advice...

I want to pick up a MIDI Keyboard.
I'm using Cubase SX to sequence them, using mouse to input the notes at the moment! Which isn't so bad. Would like to speed up my work so figure a MIDI keyboard will help.
Hoping to spend under 100eur or a little over if needs be.
Spotted a few in buy & sell so far, one being a Roland PC-200, Mk II.
Seems alright but would appreciate some advice from anyone with experience before I get one.
What do I need to look for. I'm thinking getting one with a USB input as opposed to using Com port would be a bit handier.
Not too worried about no. of keys. 2-3 octaves would be ideal.
Dunno if I'd use the programmable buttons and sliders, anything usefull about them?
I need to occasionally compose/edit MIDI's for use with mobile games, so nothing too advanced needed.

Would be great if anyone could gimme a bit of guidance, maybe recommend some keyboards you think would suit.
    Cheers.

I have a PC200 MkII here, great midi controller for the price if you dont need sliders etc (allthough they are very infinitly handy for VSTi's, but for straight midi not neccesary). Bear in mind if you dont have a midi port you will require a Midi/Joystick adapter (I might have one lying around from back in the day that you can have if I still have it).

You could always do worse than this though :) .

Thought I had a midi port but don't. Have one on the soundcard of me old computer but no use to me!
So I need an adaptor to connect the keyboard to the COM1 port right?
Was talkin to a guy selling Evolution MK-149, which seems like a good keyboard aswel.
Might take you up on that cable if you find it! I can pop out and collect if that's cool.

    Cheers for the help.
