Photo as painting?

I snaped the Comeragh mountains and then messed about with PaintShopPro 4....

It just looks like a really low quality cam, and that you stretched the picture too. To be honest I think it'd look a lot better in it's original state.

Its not stretched, just cropped. The original is deleted (oops!) so you can't compare.
