Adding Channels Problem

My Other Channels vanished again when I used the interactive service today and I have been trying to add BBC3 and BBC4. When I enter the frequency and other details, I am getting a No Signal message. All the other frequencies are fine and I am entering the correct settings. Any idea why this would be happening?

No but I'd suggest a mains off, pause, mains on re-boot as a first step to solve it.

Its coming back, it was brought down due to performance issues site-wide. They are making sure this doesnt happen again, since the last upgrade.

Have tried the power off reboot a couple of times. Signal strength and quality are fine so cant explain. Strange as all other frequencies are fine.
