Poker in Limerick

    Folks
    Will be spending a bit of time in Limerick and was wondering if any of you kind folks have a listing of any events (I know there is one in the South Court)

    Outside of the Pokerevents tourney on Tuesday, there are a few pub games on in town. I haven't been to any of these but most are not recommended as per some threads here a few months back (crazy structures and big cuts taken out of the prize pool). However talking to a few people at the Southcourt there seems to be an ok game on in the Precinct bar, but again I don't know too much about it.

    On the Poker.ie Limerick forum there were a few rumours about a couple of possible new ventures on the horizon but there's been no recent updates.

    Nickyod would be the man to best answer this (unless he's forsaken all things poker since the weekend :) )

    meh! I've never played the games in the precinct bar but I know they are €100 and €50 freeze outs with €5 reg and all non reg fees going into the prizepool. I don't go because self deal tournaments drive me insane.
