    Traffic looks like the big issue. From what I can see it would be a bad idea to put it in Ballymun for this reason at least

    Maybe they'll build a smaller store near a commuter railway station and offer free delivery. It would be an idea to force them to charge for parking.

    They are heading that way in the UK already.

    Ikea is already in Ballymun. We just lost the assembly instructions. ;)

    Article in todays Irish Times tell us that Fingal Co Co last night rezone the said land and that IKEA will apply for planning permission in the next 4 weeks.
