mapflow to google maps?

Not sure if this is the right place, but here goes...

I'm working on a little project that plots co-ordinates from an existing application which outputs x & y co-ordinates to a mapflow map, and I want to plot them on a google map.

I've got about 100 co-ordinates to plot, and I don't want to have find them all manually, is there any relatively simple way (maybe some kind of formula) to convert them from a mapflow co-ordinates to the geocodes that google uses?
