Linux window management for Windows?

I figure someone here might have found something for this, we have our share of Linux heads, from the recent poll.

Basically, in the likes of XFCE (what I use), Gnome, KDE, Fluxbox, etc. you can hold alt and click anywhere on the window to move it, double-click to maximise it, middle mouse button to lower it and the right mouse button to resize it. You can also roll windows into their titlebar by scrolling on the titlebar.

Windows has nothing like this, except auto-raise in the power toys suite. Once you get used to controlling windows like this, its an absolutely massive timesaver as I save on clicking and fiddling around with aiming to the right part of the window or a button, and so on. Now I know some features of X window managers can be found in applications for Windows, but has anyone run into something that can do all of it?
