Broadband Blaster Router problem... [Plz Help]

Hi everyone, when i plug in my Broadband blaster router, i get 3 beeps of the same tone instead of the normal sound when you plug in a device.... I really dont know what to do because the computer doesnt notice the modem at all... Has any one else had this problem??? Could anyone help me with this??? Dave

You install the driver before plugging in?

It wont ket me install the driver unless i have it plugged in, although, i do have the driver itself unpacked. Would i be able to install it manually?? If so, where do i put it??
