ok, i need sum quick replies here.

cookin dinner for 2 girls 2nite. one hot, one not. they kinda both come as a package. u cant really invite one without the other. anyway, i like the hot one. thats why i invited them for dinner. i was hopin to get a bit closer to her tonight, maybe ask her out by herself on monday for like some bowling or what have ya! so, all was goin fine until i had one of my scouts have a girly talk wit the hot one. turns out the "not" one fancies me a little bit. my scout then asked the hot one wat she thought of me. her words were sumtin like "do u like like hin or just like him?" and she replied (smiling) "ya i like like him!".

so, basically, im f**ked! i hav these 2 girls comin over TONIGHT (thurs) and i cant really make a move on th ehot one without pissin off her mate, who i think the reason she likes me is coz i was goin by the rule bout bein really nice to the friends so they'll give approval to the girl u like, except i think now i mighta been a bit too nice. f**k!

HELP! im way outta me depth here. even at 22 i dunno wat the hell to do! the hot one is my age, well a little younger, but the "not" one is a good few yrs older too! ive no interest at all! i was considering cancelling but the girls were sayin that would make me seem like a bollox!

any advice?

Then once they have gone text the hot one and start with something friendly like " I just wanted to make sure you got your bus / taxi and got home safe ". When she replies and she will and just start the friendly banter and be honest say you had a great laugh at the dinner and you'd really like to take her out sometime.

OP, no matter what you decide just be very very wary that if these girls are as close as you say and the "not" one really likes you then there could be all kinds of complications.

Update:

its still goin on. ill get sum defo answers monday or tuesday anyway.

as regards last night, it was fun. nice meal, they brought dessert. after we had a bit of a laugh, showed off some of their yoga moves like the splits etc and then we played pretend strip poker. i say pretend coz they were bettin ear rings & socks and i only had a shirt, jeans etc so it was a bit unfair when i star tlosin clothes v fast! anyway, the mood was kinda ruined when bout 5 or 6 mates turned up at me door un invited to drag me to the pub! anyway, they came the pub for the 20 mins left til closin and then went home. got a hug off them but im still confused! the one im interested in is so hard to read, even though she's already told a mate on wednesday that she "like likes" me. i seriously need to get her alone! tried on thursday but it was impossible! anyway, gonna just ask her out on monday afternoon. that'll clear things up straight away. too busy in college to be faffin about!

ok. heres how it went down.

the hot one likes me. he rmate likes me A LOT! the hot one said she would go out wit me if it wasnt for the friend liking me A LOT! so, i need to let the friend know its never gonna happen.

heres the problem. usually i just leave it and let the crush wear off. but i think in this case it might need a bit more than that. gettin off wit sum1 in front of her is mean, and its her bday today so im not gonna tell her straight out...not for a few days anyway.

anyone got any advice on letting her down gently (gently enough so her mate doesnt think any less of me)?

I would advise you to tell her that you really have a thing for the girl you like and that you would like to try and get her alone to ask her out....I'm presuming that the girl you don't like doesn't think you know that she likes you. I know it's kinda tough on her but all is fair in love and war and we simply cannot choose who we are attracted to. The likelihood is that she will help you to get time to ask her friend out and hopefully it will work out for you. As you said yourself it prob won't turn out to be lifelong love, you're young, so why not!!? Good luck - btw, I have to agree with a previous poster that "hot" and "not hot" are extremes and you should regard women as either attractive or unattractive TO YOU. I think it is a seriously horrendous thing to label anyone unhot or ugly for example. All the same, hope you get a date with you foreign lady,

anyway, be very careful and tactful and friendly when bringing this up. it'll let her know in a gentle enough way that you dont like her. unfortunately there aren't really any 'easy' ways to go about it.

well, we were out last night for the mates bday. she now knows i dont like her anyway, so at least thats out of the way. me head is throbbing at the moment. didnt get home til 7am. doubt they'll be out again til next week so ill have to work something out regarding the one i like. i really dont like the idea of asking the mate for help asking the one i like out. even though i'm not meant to know she likes me, i still think its mean, coz, the fact is, i do know it! i suppose i could just not see them for a week and hope the crush wears off, then try it on wit the other one.

ok, I have played a lot of strip poker in my time and if I have learnt one thing it is this: girls NEVER and I mean NEVER play strip poker fairly! I mean I remember I played it with this one girl and she had like 7/8 tops on, no joke! and then if you do get a girl down to her bra and panties they'll take a blanket/jacket to cover themselves up and ruin the game by refusing to take off anything else :mad: I mean wtf! it's called strip poker for a reason! but then whenever I do play it we get tired of the lang ait with the poker part and just go to highest card nominates or lowest card strips, depending
