Got a centrino laptop, but windows sees pentium m

Anyone got any ideas about this, i've just reinstalled windows, not the OEM version. A new version with SP2. Now since the reinstall centrino is gone. Any ideas.

isn't the pentium m part of the centrino brand

Centrino is more a combined standard than a processor.

OP: Ensure that the appropriate drivers(chipset) are installed (Usually, these can be obtained from the OEM CD.
