New training times for Fianna

    Fianna now trains:

    Monday: Beginners 7 - 8.30 Fight training 8.30 - 9.45

    Wednesday: Beginners 8 - 9.15 Fight training 9.15 - 10

    Thursday: Training for Ballaly Celtic 8 - 9

    Friday: Fight training 5.30 - 6.30

    Saturday: Open Mat 11 - 12.30

    Hey Fianna.5u.com is that "hell" hook patented to you , or can anyone use it?:D

    Only messin, nice looking site, how long have you been operating in Sandyford? My girlfriend used to live and work there, but I never saw ads or posters etc.

    No the hell hook is an outside heel hook. I think they are the worst (as in most unforgiving and dangerous) submissions ever. Doing them to people makes me feel dizzy.

    We have been in Sandyford for a couple of years now. 2 mins from the Kilmacud luass station in Ballaly.
