    just want a cheap multi region dvd player, bought a couple of american dvds from amazon.com and now need a dvd player to play them!! HELP PLEASE???

    if you see something you like on the UK site the lads in the Irish shop
    will order it in for you a ship it down.

    I bought one in Dunnes for 40 quid which was region free, a Maxim I think. It also plays everything I throw at it. No big name but probably the best player I've purchased.

    buy the phillips divx enabled one(i think its the d5000 or something) from the phillips store (dame st) and the agent will give you the multi region code written on a piece paper if ya ask nicely - a great player for 80 beans plays everything (almost)
