    The lads on "off the ball" are podcasting their news round for free and you only need a computer so no ipod nessaseary..IMO this is the best show on Irish radio and if you are outside dublin and cant get it on the radio then check out the podcast.

    Its a simple process and all explained here.

    I like Off the Ball. I only wish they'd cover the eircom League more. I thought they might struggle when Ger Gilroy was not there, but if anything it is better.

    They had an Eircom League hour, then it became 1/2 hour.

    Funny they way they build Roddy up to be Mourinho!

    Also the Maradona song is funny at the end.

    Yeah I think Off the Ball is by far the best Sports show out there. they cover everything and have a great Soccer show and always manage to get great interviews with people from all over Europe so we can get the low down on anything that is happening.

    Excellent show and I listen to it as often as I can

    Whats the story with Gilroy is he gone for good...?I know he was filling in for Hook and Dunphy in the summer...I just asumned he would be back on off the ball then.
