Having paid for flights to Bali, flying out Dec27th and returning Jan 11th via Heathrow and Kuala Lumper, am I entitled to any refund if I cancel. It looks like I will now be unable to travel.

Unlikley anyone here will be able to give you a definitive answer.

Contact the airline/agency where you booked them.

More likely than not that it's non-ref but as everyone else has said you need to ask the airline/agent you bought it from about it, there's thousands of different fare types with a variety of rules so we can't advise you anymore than that.

Depending on the reasons for being unable to travel I'd also check out the small-print on your travel insurance (you do have travel insurance don't you?) you may be able to reclaim some of your loses there.
