Drummer looking for Rock Band

    I have been playing the Drums for ten years now. I have been out of the scene since the summer of this year on a break from everything after playing in a number of bands and playing numerous gigs over the ten year period. Now I am looking to get back to the grind.

    I am looking for a group with their own material. Dont mind playing the few covers but originals in the area I am looking to stay in.

    I am 24 myself and have plenty of experience. I am looking for a good experienced group that are into the same area and the same in music.

    Influences:
    Led Zeppelin of course
    The Black Crowes
    AC/DC
    Guns N' Roses
    Kings of Leon
    Queen of the Stone Age
    Foo Fighters
    Black Rebel MC Club
    and many more.

    Hey,

    I am currently looking for a drummer, I have just started a new band and will be doing original material, we have two guitarists a singer and a Bass player. I have 10 years exp playing the guitar with previous giging and band experience, all the other members are likewise. We are based in Bray.
    Influences include - Tool ,Guns N Roses, Alice in Chains, Stone Temple Pilots, Led Zep, etc. we are all between the ages of 22 -24.

    Where do you practice? Im on the northside of Dublin so firstly that may cause a problem!

    at the moment we just practice in my house but I will be moving further south to Kilcoole in the next while and we will be practicing in Enniskerry, so that will proabably cause a problem!!

    I have the same influences as yourself and Im lookin for a drummer for the band Im in. We're just writing new tunes at the moment but we'll be looking to get going in a couple of weeks. We're just putting song demo's together, if your interested I'll send you some when they're ready, they're rough demo's mbut they'll give you an idea of what we want to do.

    GOOD ROCK DRUMMER NEEDED URGENTLY


    Guitarist/Singer songwriter (over 4 years experience) and bass player require good dedicated drummer to form a 3 piece rock band. With a view to 2nd guitarist after 3 piece is secured. A lot of good original material ready to go. Only in early stages but expecting things to pick up fast.

    Must be 18+, experience and dedication a must, willing to practice Sundays in Dublin city centre, band influences: Led Zeppelin (John Bonham), Smashing Pumpkins (Jimmy Chamberlain), Thin Lizzy (Brian Downey) and many more.

    If you’re not a timewaster or looking for an experimental project, but interested and willing to form a good hard working rock band, give me a shout and we can arrange a jam.
