Yeah, personally I only use dafont.com it's a brilliant site, clear layout, reliable and generally of a very high quality. However be careful about what fonts you use for what as not all are free for commercial use. As for personal use, I think all of them can be used for that!

free fonts emm lool i won some competitions few months ago when i was really into photoshop on gamerenders.net( it's gone for some reason ) and got like few thousands of them
