    I've been waiting for them to call down to fix our MMDS dish that dies in the wind last week. I sit at home and wait, and wait. I call as its getting dark and I don't like the thought of someone up a ladder on the roof. I call, They inform me that the service guy said he had a spare few minutes yesterday, and called round and spoke to my wife who said everything was fine with the reception!! My wife was at work. The little Twit went to the wrong house!

    Any way enough of my rant!

    My wife is gutted she missed the last week of East Enders, after all the build up. I don't suppose any one recorded Sunday omnibus one did they??? And if so any chance on to a (r)DVD? If not VHS? A pints in it if any one has a copy

    They did your wife a favour by making her miss East Enders. I say get on to NTL and demand compensation.

    Totally agree, they are so incompetent !!! They cut off my connection after i'd paid my bill (albeit a little late!!) because there seems to be a few weeks delay between accounts and connections/disconnections. Then, i decided that really i could do without them - so i asked them not to reconnect me. They managed this one, but then proceeded to bill me for years - despite numerous calls to tell them i wasn't even connected ...... rant away!!

    Dont get me started on ntl!!! Unless you complain to someone high up u wont get nowhere. Ring Cust Care and ask for the name of their CEO or Sales Director.

    I use NTL tv service and their broadband service and everythings gone well for 2 years now (Got the BB 2 months ago; went with NTL as I didn't want a phoneline in the house as I have had major issues with Eircom). Touching wood as I speak.

    That said, I did have a LOT of problems with them for the first year and a half! Got that sorted by raising Cain in their local office!
