Nah,might try it though, despite all the sleazy Stringfellow connotations it looks like a good laugh and a nice way to add a bit of suppleness.:v:

yeah check out the website its not sleazy at all. its all girls and once you see everyone else in hot pants too its not so daunting! They gave us free glass of champagne too which was lovely!

*DISCLAIMER - This is a joke, there are no rumours, there is no lampost, there is no joke.

hey Tinkerbell. Its in th efunction room of a pub and they recommend you have a drink first for dutch courage! Ive only had my first class but the girl was .lovely. She gave us free champagne. There are 2 poles set up. We did about fifteen mins of aerobic warm up (jogging, strecthing , sit-ups etc).
Then the teacher split us into 2 gruops she showed us an excercise on the pole and then we had to do it in turns then move on to the next. Then we had a warm down with stretches etc. It was 2 hours and I was surprised at how much we learned. I went with a friend but all the other girls were lovely , v friendly

Iv put my name on the mailing list and the girl rang me this morning, she said theres a huge waiting list for the classes, booked out till after xmas.. but there will be some promotional nights coming up in a nightclub and she'll contact me.. I have 2 other girls who are dying to do it but if theres no place for them I'll do it on my own :D

i was looking for a place too, but only found out about it when all the places were gone, i started doing the Carmen Electra dvd's 'aerobic striptease' she does everything from excercise to lapdances!! its great for getting and keeping flexable

    talk to the company so

    Glad you liked it, Siogfinsceal.
And the Champagne was only for the first night, as it was our first ever class. Don't expect Champagne in all the classes :)

And no, if you buy your girlfriend a poledancing lesson, you may not come along and have a look. It is strictly no men allowed.

Keith <- Yes, I'm a man but even I am not allowed into the classes. But I will be sitting at the bar in the pub :)

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,915 ✭✭✭Siogfinsceal

Hi Keith! Yup I liked it so much I had to come on here and tell everyone ;-) (I liked it even tho my @ass was bruised the next day). Ive my second lesson this week !
