Vocalist req'd for rock band

Hi There,

We're a band called One More Outnumbered, recently lost a guitar player and vocalist. We are primarily a rock band but have a huge range of influences from heavy stuff to pretty light melodic material

We have been really lucky finding a dedicated and enthusiastic guitar player and now require a vocalist, we have had some interest but havent found the right person who can committ to our schedule.

Basically we rehearse tuesday night, friday night and sunday afternoon most weeks. We have our own recording set up our own space and are pretty dedicated to getting an album started in January with some of the material we have at the moment....we can at least get a start.:rolleyes:

We have some tunes ready to go and will be working on these with our new guitarist over the next few weeks.....meantime we also want to find a vocalist who can match our committment and who wants to create something that collectively we can be proud of.

We hope that anyone considering working with us obviously makes the tunes their own and has as much creative input as possible. Not sure what else to add, if ya can sing and are looking to work with some lads who want to give it their all this might be the band for you.

Hea just wondering if your looking for just a singer or somebody that can implement changes and influences to song writing and possibly to Lyrics?? What is Your Location is??? And finally what age are you and your current members!?

We want someone with loads of creative input, in fact this is completely essential all current tunes will be re worked to fit the creative influence of our new members vocally , lyrically , musically. The person must want to be in the band and feel as much a part of it as we do.....thats sounds a bit gay but **** it there ya go.

We are all in Dublin and rehearse just around the corner from music maker in our own place we split rent.


We're all ancient Im 29, drummer is 27 , bass player is 27 , other guitar player is Im guessing around 25 (he's new)

Not important, if ya can sing and you can make rehearsals and are committed, thats what our band needs.

We're a heavy rock band, listen to the two tracks on myspace.com/onemoreoutnumbered and it will give ya an indication......Think from Alice in Chains (Melody and big chorus) to Corrosion of Comformity ( Raw vibe, groove and bluesiness) Chillis (for funkness) and a dash of Helmut/Prong (kick your face in factor)
