Amnesty International, the largest, independent human rights organisation in the world, is taking over The Village on Dublin’s Wexford Street from Friday 2nd to Sunday 4th December for a weekender entitled UP IN ARMS. Acts confirmed so far include Jerry Fish & the Mudbug Club, Mark Geary, Dave Couse & the Impossible, The Blizzards, Julie Feeney, Alphastates, The Chapters, Porn Trauma, Mainline and The Urges. There will also be DJ sets from Donal Dineen, Paddy Casey, Arveene (Clampdown), Bronagh Gallagher and Johnny Moy. Others are being added to the bill all the time so keep checking www.amnesty.ie and www.thevillagevenue.com for updates!

Tickets are €18 each night and are available from WAV (1890 200078), City Discs, Road Records and Soundcellar.
