I am trying to get hold of acer to find out about extending a warranty. I went on the website and there is a number - 01-4073214, which is for Rep. Of Ireland. I phone this number and it informs me that the number has changed to - 08708531000.
I then rang this number and it just makes that annoying beeping sound  , think it means the number does not exist. I phoned directory services and they just gave me the number that was on the website.
Would anyone no how i can get a hold of these people?
    Thanks :)

yea the number then give is a UK number, so maybe try putting 0044 in front of the 87. Not sure if it will work as its a national rate number.

Had to contact them before on behalf of a friend. Took them 5 days to respond, with a solution to a problem i didn't have. Put me off ever buying an acer laptop.

    No Problem

With regards to the laptop, I know that with Tosh, the warranty can be extended only while still in the period of the initial warranty.

Yes, somebody said something along the same lines with regard to acer. I was told that you would need to extend it within 3 months of purchasing the laptop :(.
