    i need one for the metal slug games. have no idea where to get one caus i dont know wat format it is. also looking for a site for the roms

    Well, you can get them for the.... Playstation? But I assume you mean the arcade machine - Neo Geo. I don't know any sites, but try googling for something along the lines of 'Neo Geo emulator', or 'Neo Geo roms'. I'm sure something worthwhile will be unearthed.

    Come to think of it... do SNK get uppity over Neo Geo emulation? Meh.

    Ok, first off to play Neo Geo you need an emulator like KAWAKS, NEBULA or better yet, MAME. After you Google one of these you then have to get BIOS to play Neo Geo (neogeo.zip it's usually called) But these are found on rom sites (Which you don't ask for around here!!) Just Google ya lazy bastard.

    use Mame32 to play it better and easier to use than regular mame

    I'd recommend NeoRageX-XP for all Neo-Geo type games. Mame is a great all round emulator but is too bloated. NeoRageX and nice and fast. I'm always playing Puzzle Bobble on it.
