I have been getting calls from New Tel about once an hour since last Thursday. Anyone else getting calls from them?
My phone is on the NDD and should not be getting these calls.
I have already complained to Comreg about them and was told that if i wish to complain to contact the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner. I will provide a link to this thread if there is a large number of people getting these nuisance calls.
I have asked them to remove me from their marketing list and they hang up on me.

Yeah, I got those too. I don't know where they got my number and no matter how many times I told them I wasn't interested they kept ringing. I eventually rang them, and after about 40 mins on hold got through to someone. I told either to stop ringing or I would report them not only to the data protection people but to eircom as a source of malicious calls / harassment.

    The calls stopped after that.

Dudes, ur entitled to ask them where they got ur details from and they must tell u. If u then know for defo u didnt give permission, then complain to Data protection office and they will be in for a nasty fine!
