From the NHC... Could have a Gamma yet...

AT 11 AM AST...1500Z...THE CENTER OF TROPICAL DEPRESSION
TWENTY-SEVEN WAS ESTIMATED NEAR LATITUDE 13.8 NORTH... LONGITUDE
63.6 WEST OR ABOUT 175 MILES... 280 KM... WEST OF ST. LUCIA.

THE DEPRESSION IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST NEAR 7 MPH... 11
KM/HR... AND THIS GENERAL MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE DURING THE
NEXT 24 HOURS. ON THIS TRACK... THE DEPRESSION IS EXPECTED TO
CONTINUE TO MOVE AWAY FROM THE WINDWARD ISLANDS.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 35 MPH... 55 KM/HR... WITH HIGHER
GUSTS. SOME STRENGTHENING IS FORECAST... AND THE DEPRESSION COULD
BECOME A TROPICAL STORM LATER TODAY OR TONIGHT. WINDS COULD STILL
GUST TO TROPICAL STORM FORCE OVER THE HIGHER TERRAIN OF THE
    WINDWARD ISLANDS TODAY.

ESTIMATED MINIMUM CENTRAL PRESSURE IS 1006 MB...29.71 INCHES.

this could skip TD status by the look of the above satelite image

a special bulletin was issued by the nhc on it
SATELLITE IMAGERY INDICATES THAT SHOWER ACTIVITY ASSOCIATED WITH THE
REMAINS OF TROPICAL DEPRESSION TWENTY-SEVEN HAS BECOME BETTER
ORGANIZED NEAR THE NORTHERN COAST OF HONDURAS. IF CURRENT TRENDS
CONTINUE...A TROPICAL DEPRESSION OR TROPICAL STORM COULD FORM LATER
TODAY. IF ADVISORIES ARE RE-INITIATED...WATCHES AND WARNINGS MAY
BE REQUIRED FOR PORTIONS OF THE NORTHWESTERN CARIBBEAN COAST AND
THE ADJACENT ISLANDS...AND INTERESTS IN THIS AREA SHOULD MONITOR
    THE PROGRESS OF THIS SYSTEM.
