Alternate picking excersize.

Here is a little picking excersize that I came up with when I was having problems with my alternate picking. Nothing advanced, but I think this worked a real treat for me, so if there's anyone having trouble with picking, or think theirs is sloppy, then give it a go. Tabbed in Powertab. :v:

What is one supposed to do with it? And what is alternate picking? I'm pretty sure I could do with improving mine anyway.
